Sizing:
Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility. Please check your child's current measurements against our sizing guides before ordering.

Optional Items:
Items marked as "Optional" are not part of the mandatory school uniform. These items are not permitted inside the classroom or as a substitute for mandatory uniform items. Please ensure your child(ren) is/are aware that these items should not be worn during school class. By checking out, you acknowledge these restrictions and accept responsibility for ensuring these items are not worn in violation of school policy.

Delivery & Safe Spaces:
Free local delivery takes 1–3 business days (extended during peak windows). If you request that your package be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, this is done entirely at your own risk. Ribble Apparel accepts no responsibility or liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

Returns & Exchanges:
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless genuinely faulty.

Cancellations:
You have a strict 24-hour window from order confirmation to cancel or amend your order via email or WhatsApp.

Stock & Pricing:
If an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp to arrange a revised timeline, adjustment, or full refund.
