GENERAL

A: Yes, our minimum order is x12 each artwork/size. 

A: We do not charge set-up fees for print orders as long as your artwork is provided to us in vector graphic and in CMYK format.

We may charge a one-off set-up fee for all new embroidery orders.

A: Yes, we print using water-based inks which are certified standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, and completely free from harmful substances.

A: We can print on to a wide variety of garments and apparel, including but not limited to:

- T-Shirts
- Hoodies / Sweats
- Pants / Tracksuits
- Totes / Shoppers
- Active Wear
- Performance Clothing
- Work Wear

A: Our maximum print size is W390 x H490 mm.

A: Yes, you can order plain samples but they are non-refundable/returnable.

A: We can only print over seams on caps.

A: Prints are tested to last 50+ washes without cracking, fading and/or lifting. Always wash inside-out, without detergent, at low temperature, and line-dry where possible.

Printed caps and bags are not washable.

A: We can, but it depends on the item. Please contact us for more information. Any garments supplied are done so at your own risk.

ARTWORK

A: Absolutely!

A: Yes, we can PMS colour match printing and embroidery threads (select colours).

A: Artwork should be in vector graphics, at 300 dpi, with transparent background, and central to the canvas.

A: File formats - .PDF / .PNG / .PSD (transparent background required).

A: Please e-mail your artwork to us along with your order specification. For larger files, you can upload your artwork - click here

A: Yes, we always provide a visual and artwork proof prior to production of your order. This will be sent to you via e-mail and/or WhatsApp.

We NEVER send orders to production queue without first receiving your approval.

ORDERING

A: We process orders via e-mail. Please e-mail your order specification to us - click here.

Please provide details of your desired garments, colours, sizes and quantity (minimum order quantitiy is 12 units each artwork/size).

Please also include the printing and/or embroidery spec. (positions, sizes etc.), and attach your artwork.

A: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a worksheet with a visual-mock for you to carefully review and approve.

We'll also confirm stock availability and your order details.

A: We require payment in full before sending your order to our production queue. 

A: All orders via our website shop are paid for via credit/debit card through a secure server (SSL) and all information is encrypted before it is processed.

We also accept payment via BACS transfer should you wish to place an order offline. We cannot accept cheques or payment over the phone.

DELIVERY

A: Delivery is charged at £15 plus VAT per box.

One box normally fits up to:

100 t-shirts / tote-bags
50 hats
25 hoodies / sweatshirts / jackets

Delivery of 4 and more boxes is charged at £60 plus VAT.

A: We try to get your order to you as quickly possible. Most orders are dispatched in 5-10 business days, but it can vary depending on how busy we are.

A: We can, but this depends on your order quantity, desired leadtime, and current workloads. 

A: Orders are sent via tracked DPD, and are delivered Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm. 

Rush orders are sometimes sent via Royal Mail special delivery, tracked and signed for.

A: We currently ship to mainland UK only.

A: We do offer local delivery/collection. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange this.
