We do not charge set-up fees for print orders as long as your artwork is provided to us in vector graphic and in CMYK format.
We may charge a one-off set-up fee for all new embroidery orders.
Are you eco-friendly printers?
Yes, we print using water-based inks which are certified standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, and completely free from harmful substances.
What products can you print on to?
We can print on to a wide variety of garments and apparel, including but not limited to:

What's the maximum print size?
Our maximum print size is W390 x H490 mm.
Can I order plain samples?
Yes, you can order plain samples but they are non-refundable/returnable.
Can you print over seams?
We can only print over seams on caps.
Will washing affect the print?
Prints are tested to last 50+ washes without cracking, fading and/or lifting. Always wash inside-out, without detergent, at low temperature, and line-dry where possible.
Printed caps and bags are not washable.
Can you print on my own garments?
We can, but it depends on the item. Please contact us for more information. Any garments supplied are done so at your own risk.

Can you create my artwork for me?

Can you Pantone colour match?
Yes, we can PMS colour match printing and embroidery threads (select colours).
What resolution does my artwork need to be?
Artwork should be in vector graphics, at 300 dpi, with transparent background, and central to the canvas.

Will I receive a visual-proof?
Yes, we always provide a visual and artwork proof prior to production of your order. This will be sent to you via e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
We NEVER send orders to production queue without first receiving your approval.
ORDERING
How do I place an order?
We process orders via e-mail. Please e-mail your order specification to us - click here.
Please provide details of your desired garments, colours, sizes and quantity (minimum order quantitiy is 12 units each artwork/size).
Please also include the printing and/or embroidery spec. (positions, sizes etc.), and attach your artwork.
What happens once I've placed an order?
Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a worksheet with a visual-mock for you to carefully review and approve.
We'll also confirm stock availability and your order details.
When is payment due for an order?
We require payment in full before sending your order to our production queue.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders via our website shop are paid for via credit/debit card through a secure server (SSL) and all information is encrypted before it is processed.
We also accept payment via BACS transfer should you wish to place an order offline. We cannot accept cheques or payment over the phone.
