A: Yes, our minimum order is x12 each artwork/size.
A: We do not charge set-up fees for print orders as long as your artwork is provided to us in vector graphic and in CMYK format.
We may charge a one-off set-up fee for new embroidery orders.
A: Yes, we print using water-based inks which are certified standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, and completely free from harmful substances.
A: We can print on to a wide variety of garments and apparel, including but not limited to:
- T-Shirts
- Hoodies / Sweats
- Pants / Tracksuits
- Totes / Shoppers
- Activewear
- Performance Clothing
- Workwear
A: Our maximum print size (DTF) is W390 x H490 mm.
A: Yes, we do offer plain samples, but unfortunately they are non-returnable/refundable.
A: We can print over seams on caps, and with all-over printing, your design can be printed to cover the complete garment. Other print methods are not available.
A: In short, yes, washing will affect a print, but proper care can minimize damage, fading, cracking, and/or lifting. Always wash inside-out, without detergent, at low temperature, and line-dry where possible. Printed caps and bags are not washable.

A: Artwork should be in vector graphics, at 300 dpi, with transparent background, and central to the canvas.
A: File formats - .PDF / .PNG / .PSD (transparent background required).
A: Please e-mail your artwork to us along with your order specification. For larger files, you can upload your artwork -click here.
A: Yes, we always provide a visual and artwork proof prior to production of your order. This will be sent to you via e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
We NEVER send orders to production queue without first receiving your approval.
A: Yes, we can PMS colour match.
ORDERING
A: We process orders via e-mail. Please e-mail your order specification to us -click here.
Please provide details of your desired garments, colours, sizes and quantity (minimum order quantitiy is 12 units each artwork/size). Please also include the printing and/or embroidery spec. (positions, sizes etc.), and attach your artwork.
A: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a worksheet with a visual-mock for you to carefully review and approve. We'll also confirm stock availability and your order details.
A: We require payment in full before sending your order to our production queue.
A: We accept payment via BACS transfer. Due to fraudulent payments, we unfortunately cannot accept payment over the phone or by credit/debit card.

DELIVERY
A: Delivery is charged at £15 plus VAT per box. One box normally fits up to:
100 t-shirts / tote-bags
50 hats
25 hoodies / sweatshirts / jackets
A: We try to get your order to you as quickly possible. Most orders are dispatched in 5-10 business days, but it can vary depending on how busy we are.
A: We can, but this depends on your order quantity, desired leadtime, and current workloads.
A: Orders are sent via tracked DPD, and are delivered Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm. Rush orders are sometimes sent via Royal Mail special delivery, tracked and signed for.
A: All orders are sent out in boxed packaging.
A: We currently ship to mainland UK only.
A: We do offer local delivery/collection. Please contact us if you'd like to arrange this.
