Terms & Conditions
Delivery:
Delivery options and charges depend on your address and are shown at checkout. Free local delivery is available within our delivery area, with paid delivery options available for other addresses. Any delivery-day and order cut-off information displayed with your selected option applies to your order.
Safe Spaces:
You can designate a safe place for your delivery. A link to do this will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Sizing:
Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility. Please check your child's current measurements against our sizing guides before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges:
Standard school uniform can be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Contact us within 14 days of receipt, then return within 14 days of notifying us. You’re responsible for return postage for unwanted items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Personalised additions, such as initials, are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items are unaffected. Contact us on WhatsApp before returning anything.
Cancellations & Amendments:
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee amendments can be made as orders are processed promptly. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change — we will do our best but cannot promise changes can be accommodated. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Stock & Pricing:
If an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp to arrange a revised timeline, adjustment, or full refund.
