Terms & Conditions
Delivery:
We offer two delivery options. Free Wednesday Delivery — order by Monday midday for delivery that Wednesday between 5–6pm. Paid Delivery (£4.99) — order by Wednesday midday for delivery within 2 business days.
Safe Spaces:
You can designate a safe place for your delivery — a link to do this will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you request that your package be left in a designated safe place, this is done entirely at your own risk. Ribble Apparel accepts no responsibility or liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.
Sizing:
Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility. Please check your child's current measurements against our sizing guides before ordering.
Optional Items:
Items marked as "Optional" are not part of the mandatory school uniform. These items are not permitted inside the classroom or as a substitute for mandatory uniform items. Please ensure your child(ren) is/are aware that these items should not be worn during school class. By checking out, you acknowledge these restrictions and accept responsibility for ensuring these items are not worn in violation of school policy.
Returns & Exchanges:
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless genuinely faulty.
Cancellations & Amendments:
Once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee amendments can be made as orders are processed promptly. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change — we will do our best but cannot promise changes can be accommodated. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Stock & Pricing:
If an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp to arrange a revised timeline, adjustment, or full refund.
