Note: If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up to allow for growth throughout the school year.

Delivery & Returns

Free local delivery in 2–4 business days. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure your child(ren) is/are aware that these items should not be worn during school class. Delivery & Safe Spaces:
Free local delivery takes 1–3 business days (extended during peak windows). If you request that your package be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour, this is done entirely at your own risk. Ribble Apparel accepts no responsibility or liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

Returns & Exchanges:
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless genuinely faulty.

Cancellations:
You have a strict 24-hour window from order confirmation to cancel or amend your order via email or WhatsApp.
