Made to order:
Every bundle is produced specifically for you. Once your order is placed it can't be changed or cancelled, and it will be produced and delivered to the address given.
Sizes and quantities:
You choose the sizes, colours and quantities in your bundle. Please check your selection before ordering, as we can't exchange items for a different size or colour once production begins. Size guidance is on each product page.
Your artwork:
We'll send a proof before production. We produce exactly what's approved, so please check spelling, sizing and placement carefully. Errors carried over from approved artwork can't be refunded. Colours vary slightly on both print and embroidery.
Artwork ownership:
You confirm that you own the artwork supplied or have permission to use and reproduce it commercially, including any logos, trademarks, photographs, fonts or other third-party material.
One artwork across the bundle:
One artwork file is used across every selected colour and product in the bundle. We don't automatically recolour, invert or adapt artwork between garments. You are responsible for checking suitable contrast across every selected colour.
Stock and pricing:
Bundles are subject to garment availability. We confirm stock when we send your artwork proof.
Production and delivery:
Production takes within 10 working days from artwork approval, plus delivery time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Couriers:
We send orders with Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size and timing of your order. All orders are sent tracked.
Returns and refunds:
As bundles are personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Communication and approval:
We'll message you on WhatsApp to approve your artwork. All other order updates and shipping information are sent by email.
