Flat embroidery
Logos and artwork stitched directly onto garments and accessories. A versatile finish for workwear, fleece, caps and beanies, with colours and detail adapted to your design.
3D embroidery
Raised stitching that adds depth and dimension to bold designs. Best suited to selected headwear and simpler shapes, with suitability confirmed from your artwork.
Custom patches
A separate embroidered badge for branding garments and accessories. Shape, size, border and attachment options are confirmed for your project.
How to order
Tell us what you have in mind. A useful starting point is:

Mock-ups are helpful, but not essential. If you’re unsure, include what you know and we’ll help with the rest.
We’ll look through your ideas, artwork and garment preferences, then put together a quote covering your quantities and any preparation or finishing needed. WhatsApp is the easiest way to chat with us, share ideas and receive your mock-up and quote. If you prefer email, contact us that way and we’ll continue there.

Send us the artwork you have and we’ll help prepare it for embroidery, digitising your design into a stitch file our machines can read.
Bold, clean designs stitch best, especially on knitwear. Aim for text and small details around 10mm or larger as a rough guide. We’ll advise on any adjustments and confirm up to six thread colours, with Pantone matching available.
We’ll send your digital proof, order details and quote through WhatsApp, or email if you contacted us there. Once you’ve checked and approved the design, colours, size and placement, and payment is received, your order can enter production.
Once your proof is approved and payment is received by bank transfer, we’re ready to bring your design to life in thread.
We focus on smaller logos and headwear, particularly fleece, knitted beanies and workwear. For other garments, or designs that need a smooth finish and crisp fine detail, we’ll usually recommend printing instead.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5–10 working days after order and digital proof approval and receipt of payment.
Bulk orders and specialist projects may take longer. We’ll confirm the estimated dispatch lead time alongside your digital proof before you approve the order.
Your garments are packed and sent fully tracked via DPD or Royal Mail, with tracking details sent when dispatched. Delivery time is additional to the dispatch lead time.
If you need your order for a particular date, include it in your brief so we can confirm whether the deadline is achievable before you proceed

A few useful answers
A. Each project is quoted individually, based on garment choice, quantity, embroidery size, positions and stitch count. Larger quantities can reduce the cost per garment.
Our standard minimum is 12 units. Smaller orders carry a decoration fee of £50 plus VAT, added to the unit cost.
We don’t generally charge setup fees. Any additional digitising, artwork preparation or finishing costs will be confirmed in your quote.
A. Bold, clean designs stitch best. Small text and fine details may need simplifying, especially on knitwear. Send your artwork and we’ll check it at your intended size. If printing would give a clearer result, we’ll recommend it.

A. No. Send the artwork you have and we’ll review it, explain any preparation required and confirm any associated costs before proceeding.
A. Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF are preferred for logos and graphics. For photographic or textured artwork, send a PNG with a transparent background at 300dpi at the final print size. If you’re unsure, send your best-quality file and we’ll check it
A. Yes, samples are quoted at our 12-unit per-piece rate, plus a decoration fee of £50 and VAT. For a simple one-off, a single-item printing service may be more cost-effective.
A. Yes. Screen printing, all-over printing and speciality finishes are available by enquiry on selected products, rather than across the full garment range.
