Please note maximum 10 colours each design. Pantone colour matching available on selected colours only. Text/fonts under 10mm is not recommended.

Artwork types - Vector graphics.
File formats - .JPG /.PNG / .PDF.
Save file at no less than 150 dpi.

Standard threads - 100% trilobal polyester.
Eco-Embroidery threads - 100% recycled polyester.

EMBROIDERY FAQs

What's the minimum order?

Our MOQ for embroidery is x10 each artwork/size. 

I.E. you can order 10 different garments with the artwork, artwork size, and embroidery position being the same across all garments.

Are there any set-up costs?

Yes, we normally charge a one-off set-up fee for all new embroidery orders.

How much does it cost?

The cost of embroidery is determined by the stitch count - A large logo embroidery would cost more than a small logo or text.

Which garments are suitable?

Embroidery is suitable for all types of apparel but best suited to caps, and knit-wear products such as beanies and fleece jackets.

What's the maximum embroidery size?

The maximum embroidery size is 330 x 200 mm.

How many colours can I have in my design?

You can have a maximum of 10 different coloured threads each design.

Can you Pantone colour match?

Yes, pantone matching on certain colours is available.

We will try to match colours as close as possible using our stock threads. If you need a specific colour that isn't in our stock threads, we charge £20 plus VAT per colour.
