Pantone colour matching available on selected colours only. Text/fonts under 10mm is not recommended. Maximum 10 colours each design.

Artwork types - Vector graphics.
File formats - .JPG /.PNG / .PDF.
Save file at no less than 150 dpi.

Standard threads - 100% trilobal polyester.
Eco-Emb. threads - 100% recycled polyester.

A: Our minimum order is x12 each artwork/size.
A: The cost of embroidery is determined by the stitch count - A large logo embroidery would cost more than a small logo or text.
A: Embroidery is suitable for all types of apparel but best suited to caps, and knit-wear products such as beanies and fleece jackets.
A: The maximum embroidery size is W300 x H200 mm.
A: A maximum of 10 different coloured threads each design.
A: We can, but it depends on the item. Please contact us for more information. Any garments supplied are done so at your own risk.
A: Yes, we always provide a visual and artwork proof prior to production of your order. This will be sent to you via e-mail and/or WhatsApp. We'll also send you our embroidery worksheet detailing stitch-count, sizing, thread colours etc. We NEVER send orders to production queue without first receiving your approval.
A: We process orders via e-mail. Please e-mail your order specification to us - click here. Please provide details of your desired garments, colours, sizes and quantity (minimum order quantitiy is 12 units each artwork/size). Please also include your embroidery spec. (positions, sizes etc.), and attach your artwork.
