Please ensure artwork is created in CMYK (RGB will be converted) and is saved with a transparent background, centred on the canvas.

Artwork types - Vector graphics (CMYK format)
File formats - .PDF / .PNG / .PSD (transparent background required).
Save file at 300 dpi and centred on the canvas.

Pantone colour matching is available (PMS colourbook codes only)
Neon & metallic colours are available.

What's the minimum order?

Our MOQ is x12 each artwork/size. 

Are there any set-up costs?

We do not charge set-up fees for print orders as long as your artwork is provided to us in vector graphic and in CMYK format.

Is the print process eco-friendly?

We print using water-based inks which are certified standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, and completely free from harmful substances.

Which products can you print on to?

We can print on to a wide variety of garments and apparel, including but not limited to:

- T-Shirts / Singlets
- Hoodies / Sweats
- Pants / Tracksuits
- Jackets / Gilets

What's the maximum print size?

The maximum print size is W390 x H490 mm.

Can you print over seams?

We can only print over seams on caps.

Will washing affect the print?

Prints are tested to last 50+ washes without cracking, fading and/or lifting.

Always wash inside-out, at low temperature, and line-dry where possible.

Printed caps and bags are not washable.

Can you Pantone colour match

Yes, we have the ability to PMS colour match.

Can you create my artwork for me?

Absolutely!

Can you print on my own garments?

We can, but it depends on the item. Please contact us for more information. Any garments supplied are done so at your own risk.

Will I receive a visual proof?

Yes, we always provide a visual and artwork proof prior to production of your order. This will be sent to you via e-mail and/or WhatsApp.

We NEVER send orders to production queue without first receiving your approval.

How do I place an order?

We process orders via e-mail. Please e-mail your order specification to us - click here.

Please provide details of your desired garments, colours, sizes and quantity (minimum order quantitiy is 12 units each artwork/size).

Please also include your printing spec. (positions, sizes etc.), and attach your artwork.
