Our minimum quantity order is 12 units each product, artwork, and print/embroidery position.

For example, you can order 12 T-shirts with the artwork, size, and position the same across all shirts.

Please include;

- Your name and/or company
- Your desired garments
- Your desired colours, sizes and quantities for each
- Your desired print/embroidery specification (IE left chest embroidery etc.)
- Your billing and/or delivery address
- Please attach your artwork to your e-mail.

Upon receiving our invoice, please make your payment via online bank transfer.

Due to anti-fraud measurements, we cannot accept cheques or payment over the phone.

Visual-mocks are provided for all orders and must be approved in writing via e-mail or Whatsapp prior to production of an order.

Yes, you can order plain samples to check for quality, sizing etc. Please be advised that samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For example, you can order 10 beanies, but the artwork, size, and position must be the same across all beanies.

Yes, we normally charge a one-off set-up fee for all new embroidery orders.

Best products for embroidery include beanies, polo-shirts, fleece, aprons and workwear.

Typical positions for embroidery include, left/right/centre chest, sleeve and under-zip. Cap front & side. Beanie front

The maximum size for embroidery is H8 x W13" (200 x 330 mm)

As part of reducing our carbon footprint, we try to re-use all packaging from our suppliers.

We normally sort and fold by colour and/or size, so you can find what you're looking for quickly.

We do not individually bag items unless specifically requested.

All our orders are sent via tracked DPD.

Sometimes other couriers such as Royal Mail and/or Parcelforce may be used in instances where an order is needed quicker or a preferred courier is requested.

We look to complete and dispatch all orders in 5-10 business days.

Please be aware that delays can arise if items/sizes/colours are unavailable/out of stock, and/or during particular busy periods.
