TRANSFER

Transfers allow us to print on virtually any kind of fabric, including ripstop nylon, polyester, and other synthetic materials.

The process involves printing your design to a vinyl-film sheet, before transferring to a garment via the help of a heat-press.

They are the perfect choice for getting exactly what you want, especially for outdoor jackets, bags, caps, umbrellas, and technical sportswear.

PREPARING ARTWORK

Please ensure artwork is created in CMYK (RGB will be converted). Convert fonts to outlines, strokes to objects, and embed any linked images.

TRANSFER FAQs

What's the minimum order?

Our MOQ for transfer printing is 10 each artwork/size.

You can order 10 different garments but the artwork, artwork size and print position must be the same across all garments.

Are there any set-up costs?

There are no set-up fees for transfer printing but please ensure artwork is provided to us in vector graphic and in CMYK format.

Which garments are suitable?

Transfer printing is suitable for all types of apparel including softshell jackets, caps, bags, and athletic sports clothing.

What's the maximum print size?

The maximum print size for transfer printing is 500 x 400 mm.

Are transfers eco-friendly?

Yes, transfers print water-based inks which are certified standard 100 by OEKO-TEX.

Will washing affect the print?

Transfers are highly durable and tested to last 50+ washes without cracking, fading and/or lifting. That's a few years for most people!

Always wash inside-out, at low temperature, and line-dry where possible.

Transfers for caps and bags are not washable.

Can you print over seams?

We can print transfers over seams on caps only.

Can you Pantone colour match?

Yes, with transfer printing we have the ability to pantone (PMS) colour match. All you need to do is indicate the colours in your order.
