What happens when I process my order?

What happens if I place my order and the product is not in stock?
Please note that stock is ordered on demand and not guaranteed.
If you wish to check stock is available before ordering please contact us.
If the product/colour/size is out of stock, a full refund will be issued or we can look to seek an alternative to match the order.
Will I receive a visual proof?
Yes, we always provide a visual and artwork proof prior to production of the order. This will be sent via e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
Will I receive an embroidery proof?
Yes, once our visual and the artwork is approved, we then e-mail a production worksheet for you to carefully check over and approve. Set-up for embroidery normally takes 1-2 business days.
Please note We NEVER print and/or embroider items without first receiving your approval.
When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your approval, the order is put to production queue and dispatched in 5-10 business days. We will also update you on the order status via e-mail and/or WhatsApp.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via tracked DPD. Full tracking will be sent via e-mail and/or WhatsApp, once the order is released to the carrier.
